Meet our founder
Tara is our founder and Chief Change Champion at The Good Change Consultancy.
I’m Tara, a transformation and leadership specialist who helps organisations find clarity, confidence and momentum when change feels overwhelming.
I’m often brought in when things are messy, when priorities are unclear, when teams are stuck, when tension and fatigue have set in. My role is to cut through the noise, surface what’s really going on, and help leaders refocus on the decisions and behaviours that unlock progress.
I work at the point where people, strategy and systems collide. That means joining up thinking across silos, creating shared ownership of big challenges, and making sure the right problems are solved – not just the loudest ones. I build trust quickly, influence without hierarchy, and create the kind of honest conversations that shift culture, not just process.
I’m practical, human and allergic to jargon. No smoke and mirrors. Just the right support to help leaders lead and to make change feel possible again. We do things differently here.

Our approach is open, collaborative and uncluttered by business jargon.
As a team, we’ll spend time building relationships with the people who will need to drive your change so that they really want it to succeed. We listen, we play back, and we listen again. We get a real buzz from bringing the right people together to unpick knotty, uncomfortable issues with clear communication and clear processes that everyone can get on board with.
